The Quinceanera tradition is a coming-of-age event to celebrate a girl’s transition into adulthood. Although women are considered mature young ladies at age 15, boys are believed to turn into men until they reach 18. In the Mexican Catholic tradition, the quinceañera celebration begins with a thanksgiving Mass. She arrives at church accompanied by her parents, godparents, and court of honor. This celebration ends with a party and cutting the cake.
Following the sweet birthday girl all day to capture the best moments and all the little details that will be appreciated in video after the big day. Taking all the raw footage to edit it together into a cohesive storyline that will re-capture the girl’s imagination and take her back to the best day of her life so far.
Animated graphics were added to the video to highlight the people that worked on the video without affecting the feel of the video. To appeal to the niche Hispanic demographic an animated bokeh effect was added as the finishing touch to make the video more whimsical and sweet.
